Documents may include a valid MyKad, Malaysian driving licence or passport, proof of address issued within the previous three months and a clear selfie holding the relevant identity document. paristogel may request additional information where reasonably necessary. Verification commonly requires 24–48 hours when documents are complete, but this is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Missing details, unclear images, public holidays or additional checks may extend the review. Personal information is handled in accordance with the paristogel Privacy Policy.
Deposits and Payment Methods
Deposits must be made from a lawful source using a method you are authorised to use. Depending on availability, MYR payment options may include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and selected credit or debit cards. Displaying a payment brand does not guarantee permanent availability.
Users must review the minimum deposit, maximum transaction amount, processing estimate and any displayed charge before confirming payment. paristogel is not responsible for fees, exchange costs, declined transfers or delays imposed by a bank, e-wallet provider, card issuer or telecommunications service.
Third-party deposits may be rejected or returned. Deposited funds may not be treated as a banking facility or transferred between unrelated users.
Gameplay and Sports Betting Rules

Sports markets covering the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC or other events may be settled according to the official result and the specific market rules displayed by paristogel.
Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be changed or cancelled merely because the user selected the wrong team, amount, market or outcome. Live odds may change rapidly. If the displayed price changes before confirmation, the updated price may apply only after the user accepts it.
paristogel may void or correct a transaction affected by an obvious technical, pricing, settlement or display error. Bonuses and Promotional Conditions

Promotions are normally limited to one eligible person, household, device, contact detail, payment source or internet connection unless stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts, coordinating claims or using payment reversals to obtain a promotional advantage is prohibited.

Withdrawals and Processing

E-wallet processing may commonly take approximately 5–30 minutes after internal approval, while Malaysian bank transfers may take longer. These periods are estimates. Weekends, public holidays, provider maintenance, incorrect recipient details and additional KYC checks may cause delays.
Users must ensure that Touch 'n Go eWallet, bank or other payout information is correct. paristogel may pause a request to investigate mismatched information, unusual activity, chargebacks or suspected fraud. Applicable minimum and maximum withdrawal limits will be displayed before confirmation.
Prohibited Conduct and Account Action
The following conduct is prohibited: identity fraud, money laundering, payment abuse, collusion, harassment, attempted unauthorised access, malicious software, automated betting abuse, exploitation of errors and any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
paristogel may suspend access, cancel affected transactions, remove improperly obtained benefits or close an account where there is reasonable evidence of prohibited conduct. Where legally required or appropriate for payment security, relevant information may be retained or provided to authorised service providers or competent authorities.
An account may also be restricted while paristogel investigates a genuine dispute. Users must cooperate with reasonable requests for documents and explanations. A review will consider available transaction records, login information, game records and correspondence.
